Plague of Hail

Did the plague of hail really happen as the Bible says it did? Besides the Bible describing the ferocity of the hail, the Ipuwer Papyrus also mentions it, confirming the Bible’s description. Pharaoh wanted to repent but he did not. Why not? God used hail in the history of His people at various times, especially in deliverance. One such incident is recorded from the time of Joshua.
